Sometimes, a student might get completely stuck on the proctor for whatever reason. For example, the student is confused, technology incompetency, or just not able to understand  what they are supposed to do. Or the proctor is unable to perform his or her duty because they don't know how to use technology.  When that happens, there is a way to get you out of a jam. So in my example, on the left, once again, is the student, and on the right-hand side, once again, is the proctor.  I'm going to go to this browser, Administrator. I will navigate to this exam. I will go to Advanced Options, and I will find the area where the proctor is being managed.  I'm going to click on the Bypass Code, and I'm going to click on Generate Bypass Code. So this is the code that I can use to bypass the proctor for the student.  So what I'm going to do is I'm going to minimize it. So for the student, if I refresh the screen, notice it has, I have a bypass code.  I can click on I have a bypass code, and I'm just going to paste the bypass code, and then click on Continue, and I'm able to enter the exam without waiting for the manager to  get me into the exam.
