Suppose your program coordinator does not like the 8-digit alphanumeric code that we generate You can give each program coordinator flexibility to create vanity voucher code To do that, login as administrator, like I have done so Click on the program that you would like to enable this, and click on edit In order to do that, the voucher code purchase has to be enabled Then you can say allowVanityVoucher When you enable allowVanityVoucher code, notice that there is an additional field you have to enter Because all the voucher code must be unique in the system And we want to avoid multiple program coordinators creating a vanity voucher code that happens to be the same You have to enter a prefix to all the voucher code that generated this way So for example, I'm going to say 10 or I can say 1A, it doesn't really matter So now that I have done so, I'm going to come over here as the program coordinator view I'm just going to refresh So now notice that there is a little pencil icon So I can say hey, I'm going to modify this And now notice that the code can be modified to let's say Tom11234 So notice now the code is 1A- then this code So that's kind of important because this code, the 1A is always going to be prefaced before the code Just in case there is another program coordinator who also want to use Tom11234 as a voucher code And this is just because each voucher code has to be unique in the system across all the programs So once again, this is how you can customize the actual voucher code for each program By simply enabling for each program and attaching a prefix Thank you
