All the AI Agents highlighted in the presentations are available already.  We are working on making some of AI Agents more scalable, and we will send an email blast for each AI agent in the coming weeks.

If there is any specific AI Agent that you want more information on, please reach out to support@oasis-lms.com.
The AI Chatbot is available under "Ask Zach", as one of the user navigation menu on the right hand side, when you log into Oasis University.

The Smart Librarian is available as "David the Librarian" when you login, as the bubble that pops up.

We welcome any feedback on both these two exciting features.
How can I pilot Enigma?
Enigma is our collective term of the technology behind AI Chatbot, AI Tutor, Smart Librarian, and Guidance Counselor.

We would love to pilot our Enigma with any existing OasisLMS clients.  During the pilot phase, which longs about 6 months, there won't be any cost associated with using Enigma.  However, we only want to pilot with clients who have serious interest in using Enigma in the future, and wants to deploy Enigma after a successful pilot.
Please reach out to our support team, at support@oasis-lms.com, with your work email, and we will create an account for you.
Notes about feedback and recordings
We would love your feedback by completing the evaluation for each session. Your feedback will guide us in how we invest our resources in future OasisLMS features.

For (almost) all sessions, you will find both a PIP (picture-in-picture) recording and a slide-only version. The PIP recording captures the presenter and audience interactions, though the projected computer screen can be blurry. The slide-only recording, available under "Slides", provides a high-resolution view of the presentation slides, but without video of the presenter or audience.

What is special about User Group Meetup 2025?
Strategic Direction
We announced several strategic initiatives, specially around AI and AI Agents, during our user group meetup in 2025.  We want our clients to provide us with feedback on how they want to see these initiatives shape out in the near future.
Goldilock Example
We have created a special "mini-catalogue" for our user group meetup recording page, using our Goldilock template, to showcase the capability of a highly customized catalogue page.
Virtual Conference
We have created a virtual conference within OasisLMS, to host the on-demand recordings from our 2025 user group meetup.  We are using our own recording as an example on how to deliver unique case cases inside OasisLMS.
